Strange Occurrence

At 4:30 am this morning, I had something super odd happen.

It woke me from sleep.

I swear that I heard the new lady attendant come into my room and say “Hello!” as she normally does each morning when the residents are awakened for blood sugar checks before breakfast.

I sat up, kind of startled, as I know the house does not awaken until around 7 am.

It was far too early for any such thing.

I looked around and asked “is anybody there?”

Nothing.

Nobody was there, yet it was SO real.

I know we have a mimic here in this house, but wow!

Time for me to get the sage out and burn it here in my room.
